Whenever we can, we like to feature some of our Your Story submissions to offer our community valuable insight into living with lactose intolerance.
This month, we have stories from two young women who were both diagnosed with lactose intolerance in their late teens.
At first, doctors thought that Bronia had IBS and advised her to consume more probiotic yogurts. Unfortunately that made matters worse and it was eventually an elimination diet that diagnosed her lactose intolerance.
