Take a look around, lactofree.co.uk has a whole new look!

We thought that it was time for a little change and we’ve given the whole website a bit of a makeover.

Among many other things, we’ve made the site a little easier to navigate by adding each section to the top navigation. We’ve also made it really simple for you to share your favourite stories, recipes and restaurants – simply click on the Twitter or Facebook icon next to each one to tell all your friends!

There is now also a lot more information to help you and your family live well with lactose intolerance. Many of our pages now also feature a video player. By simply clicking play, you’ll get the answers to some of your most common lactose intolerance questions from our experts, Dr Adam Fox and Sian Porter.
