Spring into Seasonal Pesto Primavera!

Primavera means spring and this light and fresh pasta dish is packed with the flavours of spring, spinach and any other seasonal greens you like.

Simply stir fry pieces of chicken and once sealed, add green veggies like courgette, asparagus and peas. Then stir in the pesto, using our community recipe by Mia Botcher, replacing or adding to the basil with the greens of your choice, before adding the fresh pasta.

Season with salt and pepper, a squeeze of zesty lemon juice and a handful of fresh herbs.
