It’s been a busy year for the Lactofree Team, but we’ve enjoyed every minute of it!

This year saw our Dairy Dilemma video debuting on your screens as well as our Elimination Diet Support Guide launching to help you through the initial stages of diagnosing your lactose intolerance.

We also hosted our first Expert’s Question Time Event and answered many of your queries about lactose intolerance.

And we can never forget how much our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube communities grew over 2010!
