A new month has arrived which means that it is time for two new bloggers to take over Living Lactose Free.

This month our blogger offer two very different perspectives on lactose intolerance. Caroline is in the process of diagnosing her symptoms while Fiona is dealing with a new baby with lactose intolerance.

Fiona is a new mum to lovely little James, but soon after his birth he became very ill. After several hospital visits and sleepless nights, James was finally diagnosed with lactose intolerance.

Our second community blogger is Caroline who has been struggling with digestive discomfort for a while and, after trying our elimination diet, has realised that dairy could be a problem. Keep an eye on the Living Lactose Free blog as Caroline updates us on her journey to a definitive diagnosis.
