The Lactofree Facebook page is growing every day and has become THE place to be for all your up to date news!

There is always so much happening on our Facebook page with everything from fun photographs to helpful tips popping up every day.

Our Facebook community really look out for each other. Recently Caroline Stephens took the time to warn our community members that even some plain salted crisps can still contain lactose. And when Joy Standen commented that she really misses rice pudding, it was our other Facebook fans that sent her to the Lactofree Recipe Club to show her that she can indeed still have her favourite dessert!

The Facebook page is also the ideal place to ask us questions or to offer any new product suggestions. Often our community will answer you before we can! From how to cope with a newly diagnosed child to how to make the best lactose free icing, our Facebook wall is the place to find a helping hand.
