Win £100 John Lewis vouchers
We are always eager to find out how we can make Lactofree.co.uk even better for our community.
With that in mind, we have put together a feedback form with three simple questions, which we hope you’ll take a spare moment to complete.
And to thank you for submitting your valuable feedback, we’re offering the chance to enter into a prize draw to win £100 worth of John Lewis vouchers. The winner will be drawn and notified by 6th August, just in time to buy a late summer treat! Or you could pop into your local Waitrose store and use the vouchers to purchase the Lactofree range.
Fill out the feedback form now.
In our last survey participants had the option of being entered into a draw to win vouchers from Marks & Spencer. Congratulations to Joanna Gardiner who was drawn as the lucky winner. Your vouchers are on the way!
We really appreciate your contributions to help us improve Lactofree and the services that we offer.

Please could you consider making lactofree in a size suitable for infant children to take into school for milktime?

i agree with the request for the packed lunch size carton or bottle, plus is there any way of making ice cream?
Lydia White
Would you consider making all your products vegetarian? I would love to eat hard cheese again.

I need lactofree for my infant and now we all enjoy it. I much prefer it to regular milk. I would like to know where you stock more products as our local shop is limited to semi skimmed lactofree milk and I would love to give her full fat milk now and I cant find it anywhere. (I know it exsists I saw it once and never seen it since) And now on the website I can see the blue labels....but not in my local stores.

I am lactose intolerant but love cooking, being able to eat the food I cook is incredible. Would it be possible to make a cream substitute or promote lactofree to cafe chains or restaurants? Keep up the good work :)

I have been lactose intolerant for about 3 years now after being ill for two years.I tried rice milk but that made me feel worse not a nice taste at all,i then tried soya but this was sooo sweet and made everyday things taste really funny.I then saw an instore display for Lactose free so decided to give it a go.All i can say is amazing i could drink milk again what a releif.I use it to make cheese sauce for all my family no more cooking seperate sauces. I would like to know if i can freeze the milk as my local supermarket often runs out and as someone else has asked can we have ice-cream !!!!!!!

I am lactose intolerent but also struggle to keep my weight down, skimmed and low fat versions of your delicious products would be brilliant.

My eighteen month old son is Lactose intolerant, I love to cook from scratch for the whole family and try and include as much lactofree milk as possible as he has low calcium levels. One of his favourites is Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream, for which I use your milk for this but have to use Soya Cream, this leaves a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste which isn't as noticable in the strawberry ice cream, if you use really juicy strawberrys but is in the vanilla. Could you make some lactofree cream for pouring and cooking? Also could you consider some dipping snacks with bread sticks etc for children much like the dairylea ones, then he can have similar things to my other sons.Maybe you could do some cheese strings type snack too, to go in packed dinners for schools or picnics, at the moment he just has a chunk of cheese in his picnic dinner.

The milk has really helped me and I use the cream cheese a lot too - watered down with a little stock it does enable me to make cream-type sauces but I echo the requests for a cream/creme fraiche type product which would be even better if it was half-fat! Have just cottoned on to the fact that I have to order the portion packs rather than buy them in the shops but this is a brilliant development - are they long-life though? Alison Stokes

Really would like to see smaller carton of milk. As a single person, I cannot use this amount in three days. It gets wasted.

My grandson was born with severe heart defects (TGA and TAPV) and underwent surgery at 3 days old. Following surgery he was placed on a high calorie/fat milk to aid weight gain but suffered continues bouts of stomach problems. At 12 months of age he was diagnosed latose intolerant and your products have proved invaluable in maintaining a healthy diet. Would it be possible to include snack products suitable for children and lunch boxes as at the moment we are limited to lumps of cheese? Cheese sauce would aslo be useful?

my daughter is newly diagnosed, shes 13 so anything that would be aimed at kids , kids chocolate , flavored drinks , youghurts , snacks ,small sizes for packed lunches. lactose free lunchboxes wud be good too .

your products were a life saver when weaning my eldest son and will be again when i wean my youngest son. Your website is great - but Is there any more research/information out there specifically for children/babies with lactose intolerance? Keep up the good work

Being lactose intolerant, I have used soya products for a long time. Finding Lactofree has opened up the chance for tasty cooking again. I find it freezes well, if I'm not using a whole carton, but having half litre cartons would be preferable.

I am the only person in my family who is lactose intolerant and still enjoys milk products. however, when I buy the products much of it generally goes to waste, but with the lunch time size packs then I don't think I would waste them. I would also be able to take them to work and college with me :) Lacto-free on the go products would be brilliant

i love to cook but since ive had to go lactose free theres no cream alternative,,an my favorate meal is cream spinach an cuss -cuss ,,an i miss ice-cream so bad,,, it would be good if the milk came in bigger cartons maybe 4pt capactiy as the smaller milk cartons take up more room in the fridge cos we buy 3 at a time as the family went lactofree with me,,an maybe a little peel away booklet on sum of the products to premote lactose intolerance as most people dont realise how many of us suffer with it an dont understand what it is...ppl dont realise that drinking cows milk is relativly new for human beings up untill 2000yrs ago cows were ferol an b4 demestication of them we never had to digest lactose,,,this is apparently why so many of us are still intolerant to cows milk,,, i had to undergo a full medical ,,,,scans blood tests. weight loss,,, sickness over a 2yr period an all because i didnt realise sumthing as simple as milk on my cereal in the morning was causing it all.. since changing over to lactofree i feel much better an still cant quite believe that it was all over dairy products.... an intolerace can just happen 1day your fine next day you cant have it any more an if it wasnt for your products i would miss out on my cereals ,,pizzas, creame chease on toast ,,,, just need ice cream an cream.. for my spinach an i wouldnt even know i had it lol ,,,,,,thanks lacto-free
