14 Day Elimination Diet

We are always trying to further understand how to help those experiencing symptoms of lactose intolerance and who better to share their insight than you?

We’re looking for tips and advice from those who have undertaken the 14 day Elimination Diet, which we hope has enabled you to diagnose and control your lactose intolerance?

After removing all traces of lactose from your system throughout the two week diet, if you find your symptoms have reduced, from day 15 you can slowly introduce Lactofree into your diet – perhaps a cup of tea, or a small piece of cheese at first, and then if you still have no symptoms, you can begin to enjoy all your favourite real dairy dishes again with the entire Lactofree range.

We would love to hear from you if you’ve undertaken the Elimination Diet so that we can help others by relaying your first-hand tips and advice. Please email lactofree@outsideline.co.uk and if we use your advice in our new 14 day diet support guide (coming soon) we’ll send you Lactofree vouchers as a thank you.

Please note that the Elimation Diet is not suitable for children under 16 and before you start the diet it’s important to be aware that another cause of digestive discomfort is cows’ milk allergy, which can produce similar but more severe symptoms.
