Eliminate Your Discomfort
If you’re lactose intolerant, it’s possible to resolve years of discomfort and reacquaint yourself with your favourite dairy dishes in two weeks, with the help of the Lactose Elimination Diet.
Lactose intolerance is easy to diagnose and control using our Elimination Diet, which actually works to help rather than hinder your appetite. But before you start the diet it’s important to be aware that another cause of digestive discomfort is cows’ milk allergy, which can produce similar but more severe symptoms.
After removing all traces of lactose from your system throughout the two week diet, if you find your symptoms have reduced, you can slowly introduce Lactofree into your diet – perhaps a cup of tea, or a small piece of cheese at first, and then if you still have no symptoms, you can begin to enjoy all your favourite real dairy dishes again with the entire Lactofree range.
We would love to hear from you if you’ve undertaken the Elimination Diet so that we can help others by relaying your first-hand tips and advice. And do let us know if you’re planning to start the diet, so we can support you. Please email us at Lactofree@outsideline.co.uk, or submit Your Story.
