I used to love cheese and also find it hard to live without but the lactofree cheese is the closest replacement I have found. But I still miss the hard bitey cheese

My relationship with Dairy.. Is over!! Where for art thou Lactofree. Oh yeah, there you are in my fridge… Delightful! I do however miss waking up to you my delicious butter on toast. I do also miss the short time it used to take me to pick up, you the delicious food on the shelf.. now I have to look at your contents, which makes me blush.. as I’m there forever studying stuff..

I really hate like you having to look to see what is in everything, it takes twice as long now, used to just take off the shelf without a seconed thought.

I buy butter and then add 12 drops of lactase enzyme which can be bought online from biocare then I leave it out of the fridge for 24 hours and then I can eat it. I have butter on toast every morning you could probably do the same with cream.
