Your Community Critique

We want to thank all of the community who have submitted their critique of the new Lactofree TV adverts.

“Watched your TV Ads….....think they were great!” said Sue.

“Just watched both adverts and think they are great – makes you think though – perhaps they could take the irritants out of men for women sufferers and vice versa! Keep up the good work,” added Susie.

And Malise told us: “I do like the new adverts – they made me chuckle. I keep talking about Lactofree – I have the milk everywhere I spend time and drink coffee and the friends I go and visit a lot always try and find me some stuff in their stores cos the only thing I can get near me is the milk. I’ll be waiting for people to start texting me or whatever to tell me they’ve just seen an advert for my milk etc. :-) I like, very well done.”

The only problem i feel is that when i go to get my lactofree milk they are out of stock, its got worse since the advert as people with dairy problems think this milk is for that and its still dairy just the lactose taken out. so people who dont need it are taking the milk and then people like me go to buy it and there is none left, so i feel the advert needs to be more clearer. also there is not enough stocked in.
