New Year, New You

It’s the start of a new year and there’s no better time to create a better you. If you’ve spent the indulgent Christmas period with uncomfortable symptoms of bloating, stomach cramps, flatulence, diarrhoea or vomiting, we can help.

Lactose is not just in common dairy items but is likely to have been in all kinds of Christmas party foods without you even realising, such as crisps, biscuits and crackers, which will cause symptoms between 30 minutes and two hours after consuming.

We’re all tempted to eat the foods we know we shouldn’t over the holidays, but now’s the time to get back on track. Our

And for those of you who haven’t yet got to the root of your discomfort, the New Year is the perfect time to start the Elimination Diet. If you think you’re lactose intolerant, you can use the diet (which actually helps you to enjoy more of the foods you love!) to see if removing lactose eradicates your symptoms. If your symptoms remain, you may in fact have a cow’s milk allergy and should visit your GP. Those whose symptoms are eliminated by the removal of lactose can go on to enjoy a real dairy calcium-rich diet with Lactofree.
