Arduaine Bed and Breakfast: A picturesque cottage style guesthouse in Scotland, run by a friendly Coeliac hostess who tailor makes lactose, gluten and wheat free breakfasts.

Danny’s Gourmet Wraps: Healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks in Central London which cater for most special dietary needs and indicate lactose, yeast, dairy, wheat and gluten free options on their menu.

The Buck Inn: Cosy, country pub in Swansea with open fires, real ale, fine wine and both traditional and modern lactose friendly fare.

And, remember Wimpy? Well, 40 years on, they have a whopping 460 franchises nationwide and they have made a list available indicating which of their menu items are lactose free.
