Unfortunately, Lactofree doesn't yet make ice cream. But the site does offer many exciting recipes to make your own with Lactofree milk. Please send any suggestions for new products to lactofree@outsideline.com so that they can be sent straight to the development team. We are happy to say that there will be some new products coming out in 2010 - so make sure you have signed up to the newsletter to stay informed!

hello, my son was finally diagnosed with lactose intolerance at the age of 14 months (with no help from any doctors who just dismissed me) we finally saw a peadiatrician who diagnosed him, and since we found this out i had found it so hard to get him dairy products that are lactose free, he is also unable to have soya, we found it so hard to get hoim to eat after the amount of problems and after finding the lacto free milk and he took to it right away and i was so pleased to find you also did cheese and yoghurts which he loves. i just wantto thank you so much for making these products available in supermarkets!! i even enjoy the cheese and yoghurts….infact the cheese is probably the best ive ever tasted. id love to receive newsletters to give me info on products. my son is now 3 and is really thriving, its also nice to sit down with a meal with cheese and im able to let him have it :)

Please could you make lactose free ice-cream, cream (single and double) and ready made custard in litre size and individual pots of different flavoured custards (like the ambrosia ones) Thanks
Swedish Glace is OK, but nothing like the real thing
I really like that stuff. I think it tastes like vanilla ice cream used to taste like. And I love that its made from real vanilla, you can see the seeds in it. http://www.fayrefield.com/Swedish-Glace.aspx Also comes in chocolate, raspberry and blueberry I've just found out whiles grabbing that URL.

oh my god - for those of you that miss ice cream i've just found the most delicious dairy free ice cream ever!! After leading a lactose free diet for about the last 3 years ive only just stumbled across it....up til now its been swedish glaze, which is ok but nothing like what ive just eaten!! This product is called Booja-Booja and ive just sampled the hunky punky chocolate one.....its heaven and tastes like REAL ice cream.....its not cheap though, a tiny little pot cost me £1.69 but it was well worth it. The larger pot is around £6. I found it in a local wholefoods shop. www.booja-booja.com

The most amazing thing I hav ever tried and buy all the time was from an amzing girl who went on dragons den. The product is called Wothenshaw Freedom! Her frozen desert comes in Chocolate, vanilla and Strawberry. Its dairy, sugar, gluten, soya, egg & nut free. Its the best alternative ive ever tried!

Check out this link for boojabooja ice cream - much much better than swedish glaze....might be a bit more tricky to find a local stockist though. I buy mine from a local wholefood shop. http://www.boojabooja.com/ice_cream.asp
