Lactofree’s celebrity chef Lesley Waters wants to hear your lactose free cookery queries.

Perhaps you’d like to know how to create a lactose free version of your favourite dish? Or is there a dish you never seem to get right? Whatever your lactose intolerant cooking dilemma, Lesley is on hand to solve it!

Later this month, we will be filming Lesley demonstrating how to cook some of her favourite lactose free recipes and she will be answering your questions.

“With all Lactofree products, cooking a quick snack or a family meal is no longer a difficult and taste compromising choice for the lactose intolerant community,” says Lesley.

I love cooking and can make just about anything I want with the substitutions available. It's not just that I can eat the things I make but my whole family do too, even my friends don't notice when they come around to eat. It doesn't feel like I am on a special diet!!
