Help Lactofree to Help Others
There are lots of exciting things on the horizon at Lactofree, which we’ll be able to reveal to our community shortly.
In the meantime, we’re wondering if you can help Lactofree to help others with lactose intolerance by sharing your experiences.
Below are the questions we hope you have a spare few minutes to answer:
1) What symptoms did you experience before you were diagnosed with LI?
2) Describe the impact LI had on your lifestyle – (e.g. Did it stop you from doing something you would normally do? Did it effect any of your family relationships? Did you have to change your lifestyle?)
3) Were there any significant events that had to take place before you were correctly diagnosed?
4) Do you have any other related conditions?
5) What are your top tips for controlling your LI?
6) How did you find out about Lactofree and what does it mean to you (e.g. you can now enjoy breakfast cereal with milk again, etc)?
7) What advice would you give to others who think they may be LI?
8) Personal details including name, age, location, marital status and profession
Please return your completed answers to Lactofree@outsideline.co.uk
Thank you again for helping us to spread the word and raise awareness about Lactofree and lactose intolerance.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Re: Help Lactofree to Help Others – brian ingram
I am diabetic and the 'sugar free' aspect of the yogurt is great. Friends and family now buy it for the clear fresh taste. I now use the lactofree milk as well.

Re: Help Lactofree to Help Others – Maria MacMahon
Thank you, thank you, thank you, what an amazing product. I wish everyone who was LI would just try it. I can't stop telling people how great it is. I love cooking and now I can eat the same as my family instead of making nice things for them and boring food for me, it's ace to eat the same things. Thank you yet again Maria
