i import Lactaid from the states just in case i have something that has been "Contaminated" or else i have to have Colief lactase drops from the chemist.

i have just found out that my lil aged 2 is latsose intolerance and hes doin well now that i hav changed his diet but im finding it hard 2 cope with the cost of all the new foods he needs is there any help from any where 4 single pearnts on a very low income.

Hi, i have know for about a year that i'm lactose intolerant, and have recently found out that i have ulcerative colitis, the symptoms of the desease have reduced considerably since my lacto free diet, i am very pleased i can eat your lacto free products and not get suffer any ill affects which i had when eating normal dairy products, some days i could not leave the bathroom and also feel generally unwell and sick, it would be great if you could add even more lacto free products to your already great list, lacto free icecream would be great and also adding more flavours to your yogurts i do love them very much, thankyou for helping me have a more varied diet that i had before. tracie.
