Re: Shop Online for Lactofree – Stephanie Freeman

I fell very ill at university and after numerous checks by doctors told that I had IBS and that maybe dairy products was a cause. It took me a further 6 years before I actually worked out it was lactose that I was intolerant too. I've enjoyed soya products for the past 10 years now but on a recent trip to Sainsbury's found lactofree cheese and I've been in heaven ever since. THANK YOU

I am only 18 and about 3 months ago i was suffering with herendous bowl complaints, i have been recently diagnosed with Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS) which has been found to be aggrovated by dairy products, therefore, i am now lactse intolerant too. I am still learning to cope, and after discovering lactofree, it has made life so much easier.

I couldn't take normal milk without having an upset tummy - taking lactofree milk has made me enjoy my coffee and cereal even more. Thank you.

My four year old has suffered since he went from breast to formula milk. Dr's did not manage to diagnose him. Eventually we decided to cut out all dairy then gradually introduced egg and milk products back into his diet. He started to be very ill again. He then started on Soya products and was well for a couple of years until he developed an intolerance to soya too!! He now happily has rice milk but to be like his sister and enjoy pancakes and sauces we use lacto free milk and have just last week found the cheese which he was chuffed to bits with!!!Thanks for a fantastic product!
