The Lactofree Community Speak Out on Facebook
The Lactofree Facebook Group is a hive of activity this Spring and the latest discussion has been focused on your favourite Lactofree products and the most-wanted additions to the Lactofree range.
From the many responses, we have picked three of the most passionate community members who will be awarded with a month’s supply of Lactofree products!
Sarah Wright confessed: ‘It’s true to say I love them all, they have changed my life so much! People can invite me round to dinner again as the products taste so ‘normal’, they can eat them too! The yogurt is great as I’ve missed natural yogurt so much and the soft cheese is fab for making things like cheesecake and smoked salmon pate! However, my number one product has to be the milk – I can make a real pot of tea again and actually enjoy it! What more can a girl want!?’
Sarah’s Lactofree Wishlist: ‘Croissants! They are so yummy and currently no substitute I can find or products to make them! Plain yogurt in small tubs for lunch boxes and a polyunsaturated margarine that tastes better than the soya one would be amazing for toast! And finally, is it possible to make Lactofree milk chocolate?’
Adriana Herrera told us: ‘I love them all goodness me, it’s been so long since I’ve been able to enjoy dairy and now I am the self proclaimed Dairy Queen! My favourite is the plain yogurt, it’s so versatile – I love to make savoury sauces for fish and even pasties or added to milk and fruit to make a great frozen ice cream dessert…just fabulous!’
Adriana’s Lactofree Wishlist: ‘Chocolate Mousse or even profiteroles, as the pastry contains butter and milk and the ganache contain milk.’
Kirsty Rose told us about her favourite Lactofree product: ‘For me it would have to be the Milk as my son Rylie is 14 months old and is just coming off his lactose free formula so it’s great for him as he still loves his milk!’
Kirsty and Rylie’s Lactofree Wishlist: ‘Lactofree Ice Cream! With summer just around the corner, we all love ice cream in our house and poor Rylie can’t have any so it would be fab for him to not miss out!’
The great news for all those longing for ice cream, chocolate and sweet treats, is that no one has to miss out thanks to the budding chefs in our community who have submitted their fantastic Lactofree recipes. Our Recipe Club

Re: The Lactofree Community Speak Out on Facebook – Adam Roberts
Great to see all these products come along, especially the soft cheese, but the main product missing now is cream. When will you have a range of creams available?
