It's Easy Living Lactofree!
Our Lactofree celebrity chef, Lesley Waters, continues to create delicious, healthy and easy to make recipes for the lactose intolerant community.
Lesley explains why she’s so passionate about cooking with Lactofree; ‘Lactose intolerance is something I know a great deal about, as a family member is always struggling to find foods to enjoy. With all Lactofree products, cooking a quick snack or a family meal is no longer a difficult and taste compromising choice.’
With Lesley’s help, there’s no reason why you should miss out at mealtimes. ‘Now you can enjoy your favourite meals once again by simply substituting standard dairy products for Lactofree milk, cheese and yogurt – all of which have the same properties in cooking as well as the same taste and nutritional benefits. It’s really that easy.’
Here’s just a taster of what Lesley has cooked up with each of our products:
Soft White Cheese
Hot Smoked Salmon Cheese Pate on Bruschetta
Limey Baked Cheesecake
Semi Hard Cheese
Roasted Fish Pie with Cheese & Mustard Top
Sage, Lemon & Cheese Risotto with Orange Roasted Roots
Fruit and Natural Yogurt
Raspberry Muffins
Tutti Fruitti Smoothie
Whole and Semi Skimmed Milk
Chicken & Spinach Korma with Tomato & Chilli Relish
Baked Rice Pudding with Brown Sugared Plums
Visit our Recipe Club to see Lesley’s recipes, along with recipes submitted by members of our community. We’d love for you to add your comments and submit your own lactose free recipes.
