Lactofree Celebrity Chef Rated for Healthy Recipes
A panel of dietary experts this week publicly praised Lactofree’s celebrity chef Lesley Waters for the use of ‘good fats’ in her recipes.
‘The Fat Panel’ also brandished a number of other celebrity chefs, including Nigella Lawson and Gordon Ramsey, as ‘bad for our health’.
They pointed the finger at Nigella’s recipe for egg and bacon pie which contains 84 per cent of a woman’s daily recommended amount of saturated fat and Ramsey’s sticky toffee pudding containing a whopping 115 per cent.
Lesley Water’s new Lactofree soft white cheese recipes, such as Warm Peppered Chicken and Pear Salad with Cream Cheese and Mustard Chive Dressing, can be found in our Recipe Club and she is currently creating more wonderfully tasty recipes specifically for the lactose intolerant community.
If Lesley’s cooking inspires you to get creative with your favourite Lactofree products, then we’d love you to submit your recipes here.

Re: Lactofree Celebrity Chef Rated for Healthy Recipes – niknak
i made Lesley's limey cheesecake and it was delicious....don't suppose she would be able to come up with a lactose free banoffee pie recipe?! obviously the biscuit base can be same as the cheesecake recipe but what would i use to make the toffee filling/cream layer? suggestions would be greatly appreciated :-)
