The Launch of Lactofree Soft White Cheese

If your mouth is still watering from the launch of Lactofree hard cheese, then prepare for your diet to get even tastier as we announce the arrival of soft white cheese to the Lactofree family!

Now available exclusively in Sainsbury’s, healthy and delicious soft white cheese brings a gorgeously creamy taste to a variety of savoury and sweet dishes.

And to celebrate, our Lactofree celebrity chef Lesley Waters has created some lovely new recipes to get soft white cheese back on the menu in style…

Warm peppered chicken and pear salad with cream cheese and mustard chive dressing, hot smoked salmon cheese pate on bruschetta, and limey baked cheesecake.

We hope you enjoy our new product and would love to post your feedback online or submit your favourite soft cheese dish to the Recipe Club.

Wonderful news that there are more lactose free products – I have been using the milk and think it is good that there are more products available nowadays.

Dianne, I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems locating our cheese, which is currently supplied to Morrisons and Asda, but unfortunately, we have very little control over which stores they are stocked in. We’re working very hard to ensure the supermarkets respond to consumer demand and if you fill out a stockist request form here http://www.lactofree.co.uk/what-is-lactofree/stockists/request/ we will contact your local supermarket.

The soft cheese is absolutely wonderful! I bought 4 packs (I panicked that the e-newsletter said it was available in Sainsburys for the next two weeks). I thoroughly enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Keep it up!!!

I was made up when the hard cheese was launched as my daughter had always loved cheese but the only other one we’d found available was truly awful, now she is enjoying cheese again, and if the rest of us are running low on the normal milk, youghurt and cheese we pinch her’s as you really cant tell the difference BRILLIANT! the only shame is having to visit several differant shops to buy the Lactofree items.

My 3 yr old son will be so pleased to be able to eat cheese when we can locate it in a store, the milk has made a big difference in our lives. Thank you so much and could we please have some yogurts without bits in them for the little one.

Is there any possibility that the general public can purchase Lactofree products direct from Arla Foodsx As with many other people I am having problems locating items and some times they are of very short supply in local supermarkets. Love the hard cheese & plain yoghurt can we also have flavoured yogurts %(=caps)WITHOUT% bits for adults as well as younger lactose sufferers.

You say the soft white cheese it out but no stockist I have visited sells it (sainsbury, morrisons, asda, I have been to them all in my area). They all sell the other products but not the soft white cheese – is there a delay or somethingx x

Hi, I moved back from Australia to Ireland and I really love your milk and yoghurts. In Oz I can only get long-life milk and it really doesn’t taste great, but that is all they have for lactose free products. However, in Tesco in Ireland, and a select few at that, I can only find milk and yoghurts, but I would absolutely love to have some hard and soft cheese as it looks yum and I haven’t had any in God only knows how long…can you please send it to Ireland or is there a way I can buy it onlinex

I have only just discovered the hard cheese and it's brilliant - made such a difference to my life as I love cheese but found vegetarian cheese just too awful to mention. I have also this week tried the cream cheese and it is lovely too. Well done on both. However I too have great difficult locating the cheeses in my neck of the wood (Moray coast) and have to travel any distance to get it (Inverurie seems to be the nearest at 35 miles away) but I'm more than willing to do so and stockpile it as reasonably possibly within the use by date! It has certainly made a difference to me - initially finding the lactose free milk was an added bonus but the cheese is the greatest bonus. Thanks again
