Want to speak out about lactose intolerance?

Want to speak out about lactose intolerance?

We know how passionate the Lactofree community is and we want to hear from those who would really like to speak from the heart about their personal experiences of lactose intolerance.

Your support is invaluable to reach out to those who are yet to discover the cause of their digestive discomfort.

Kat Johnson and her fiancée, Matt Carrington-Moore, kindly helped us to create a fantastic video for Lactofree.co.uk, in which she explains her symptoms and process of diagnosis. You can watch it here.

Kat helped to spread awareness further in the March issue of Marie Clare magazine, by explaining what lactose intolerance actually is to those who may have never even heard of it, but may be experiencing it.

We’d love to make contact with other members of the community, of all ages, who’d like to be a Lactofree case study like Kat and help to create a vibrant hub of support and information for newcomers to the site.

All case studies will of course be rewarded with lots of thank you Lactofree goodies!

If you’re interested in finding out more, please email Lactofree@outsideline.co.uk.

I now realise I have been lactose intolerant for about 15 years, but have only recently established what was the problem. I eliminated cheese and yogurt from my diet about a year ago (which helped a lot), but since discovering Lactofree milk and yogurts I have managed to get rid of the symptoms almost completely. I have not found the cheese at any of the supermarkets around me, and I should be glad to know who stocks it.
