Lactofree Delivered To Your Door!
Since we launched the Lactofree Stockist Request Service we have been inundated with requests for more supermarkets to stock our products.
Whilst we’re working hard to broaden our instore distribution we’re also continuing to listen carefully to the lactose intolerant community and a number of you have told us you’d like the option to buy your favourite Lactofree products online. With that in mind we have put together a brief survey, which we hope you’ll have a spare moment to complete, to give us an indication of just how many people might use this service.
Click here to complete our quick survey.
We really appreciate your input and will post the survey results after it closes on 18th February on Lactofree.co.uk.

It would br great if you could bring out a childs selection of yoghurts in small pots
Lactofree Support
Thank you for your comments. We hope to take Lactofree into the European market and will keep you updated on this. There are no plans for smaller yogurts at this time, but your comments are very valued and will be considered.

Smaller yoghurt pots would be great for my child – with a cartoon-like picturex Also, she loves cheese, but suffers so much after it and can’t wait to find yours – well done! Only problem, we live in the countryside and is reslly difficult to get hold of your products, therefore a delivery service would be invaluable to the health of my child.

I have major difficulty in finding your products and I live in a major city! (London!) – a mail order delivery service is much needed.

Would be nice to be able to order products online and delivered, at least we know that we can get them, rather than search the shops and find nothing. I’ve missed out on so much over the last 4 or more years

I am living in Rep of Ireland, and would love to be able to buy lacto-fee products here as my daughter can’t cope with soya either. I could always order online if you’ll deliver outside the UK!

Lactofree, a blessing!!

I have been buying Lacto free milk for some time and it is the only viable alternative to regular milk, soya milk is awful. Long life Lacto free is brilliant too, especially when travelling. Not found any other products yet, cheese would be amazing
Isabel Day

Emily Smith
I have to travel to the larger stores to get lacto free products so when I go I normally stock up, but lately I have to try three seperate stores just to even get the semi skimmed milk let alone the other products. A delivery service would be great! Emily, The Wirral

my 6month old daughter is lactose intollerant and we are trying to ween her but this is proving reasonably difficult as there are a lack of products out there for us to use could you send me a list of your range of products and how to get hold of them
Sandra Pickering
Thank you lactofree. Great tasting milk – and now yogurt. I had forgotten how much I like Yogurt – it has been almost 30 years!(Soya stuff tastes awful to me). Just wondered if you had any plans to make smaller pots of the natural yogurtx It’d be great to have a 4 pot of that as you ahve for the flavoured one then I can take it to work easilyx Also wondered if maybe there were any plans in the pipeline for milk chocolatex Or Ice cream, and my other half – who isn’t LI but keeps me company – wonders about creamx And yes please to the delivery idea!
simon crowhurst
is there any thing els that you trying to make like choclate
Audrey Broughton
I cannot find yoghurt or cheese in any shops. Although Asda Kendle used to stock yoghurts they no longer do so

Thank you for all of your comments. We’re sorry to hear of your problems locating our products but unfortunately, we have very little control over which stores they’re stocked in. While looking into online delivery, we’re working very hard to ensure the supermarkets respond to consumer demand and if you fill out a stockist request form here http://www.lactofree.co.uk/what-is-lactofree/stockists/request/ we will contact your local supermarket. There will also be a post code search tool launching very soon for you to locate your nearest stockist.
Haseeb Mafooz
I would gladly support your home delivery service, even though i may find some of the products locally. The problem lies in locating all the lactofree products we want, few of us have managed that. I agree with other comments that the fruit yogurts could do with less added sugar
Jonathan Au
A delivery service would be fantastic. I’m so busy nowadays it would be a real help for me!

I've filled in service requests for Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Lactose intolerant people like me have absolutely no support over here. Only one supermarket gets the semi-skimmed milk and long life milk, but it's always out of stock. It's infuriating. We need the bigger supermarkets over here to stock lactofree profucts desperately.

I live in Kingston upon Thames in an area well stocked by Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco but have had to put in a lot of time in trying to track down new Lactofree products. Waitrose stock the fruit yogurts and milk but no cheeses. Sainsbury's and Tesco say they currently only stock the milk and seem to know nothing about the new soft cheese. The products I have been able to try are excellent and it is very frustrating not to be able to find the natural yogurt or any of the cheeses. Please, Please online ordering as soon as possible. I can not imagine that demand will present any problems.
Gemma Potter
Online ordering direct from yourselves would be great. Although I can find the milk easily tracking down the cheese is proving to be rather difficult.
Jennie Batty
Lactofree full fat milk a godsend for my son, would love smaller pots of yogurt and fromage frais, no added sugar if possible, and ice cream would be brilliant.

I would definitely use it!!! I was looking for the cheese forever and finally found it a few weeks ago. Had my first cheese sandwich in years! It was amazing!!! No going back now. Ate the whole pack in less than a week. Just can’t seem to get the cheese around here so delivery would be fantastic!

Both my children were Lactose Intolerant from birth, now ages 3 and 1. These products have been a fantastic next step from the SMA LF formula, I only wish there were more choice of products and sizes. Fromage frais and more longlife and powdered products would be a great, travelling is a nightmare with children with allergies. Why don't more shops stock these products as there are obviously so many people with this intolerance.
Helen Swain
Lactofree longlife milk portions for when you are out and about would be a great idea

I live in Kingston upon Thames and today went to Sainsbury, which is a very large store. Two empty boxes of LactoFree milk. I find a helper who takes me to talk to another. then another. Eventually one of them goes to to the back to see if there is any more, and there isnt. They dont know when it will be delivered. I speak to a manager who is also LI and he tells me he orders it online, not from his store. So I will do that.....
