Re: Share your LI experience with us – SIAN WILLIAMS
Hi there, am loving the new web site. I am 40 in a few months and have had asthma since i was 8yo. I had heard that eliminating dairy would help reduce the production of mucus and therefore help with my breathing. I saw your advert and having previously tried and disliked soya, goats and rice milk, thought id give it a go. Its fantastic, the taste and the feel and the look is exactly the same as cows milk. Anyway i liked it so much i kept on it for a few months, but then i had a flare up of my arthritis and was house bound and had run out of Lactofree so had to resort to my partners milk until she had finished work. Later that evening i felt sick, and had THE most HORRENDOUS

Re: Share your LI experience with us – Lisa
I was diagnosed with Lactose Intolerance in August last year after years of suffering with a number of horrible symptoms. Within a week I had discovered Lactofree semi skimmed milk. It makes being LI easy to manage and we went through our first christmas easily without missing out on many foods as we replaced many of the foods with homemade versions with the lactofree semi-skimmed and lactofree whole milk. It tastes just so nice and really has made a huge difference to my life and health. I also use the Lactofree natural yoghurt in curries and other savoury dishes. Its just a shame that Lactofree is not available in all corner shops as well as the major supermarkets.
