Hello LI community!
It’s lovely to be noticed! From our work researching the latest developments in lactose intolerance around the web we noticed that, well, people are taking notice! Confused? See the below post about Lactofree.co.uk that we read on the very informative blog http://www.planetlactose.blogspot.com
“I’ve been following Lactofree, the British lactose-free milk, since it was first introduced two years ago. (This is real milk, like Lactaid and similar products in the U.S., so it’s only for the lactose intolerant.)
One thing I haven’t told you is that the Lactofree site has a news page that is very much like a blog, with posts that stay up and are accessible for months.
They don’t post there often, and some of it is purely promotional. The other news has a smattering of useful hints and tips, like the best way to substitute lactose-free milk in recipes. It’s worth checking out.”
Lactofree.co.uk’s blog is updated three times a week and we are so glad that the LI community is noticing our efforts and finding them helpful! Please feel free to submit your suggestions on what you’d like to read more about, and contribute your thoughts on our forum.
