Vitamins and your Immune System
The website Organic Parade has some interesting ways to get vitamins into your diet and help fortify your immune system. If you’ve forgone dairy for a long time you could be missing vital nutrients. Lactofree has all the nutrients of regular milk and can help you put them back in your diet if you’ve been avoiding regular milk because of lactose intolerance.

After having gastrobypass surgery last June I have become lactose intolerant. My local supermarket do not sell some of your products only milk. Also Can you tell me the case that me multivitamins are covered in can they cause problems alsox Many Thanks
