Re: Has Lactofree Changed Your Life? – rose
After living with terrible cramps and constant diarrhoea for almost twenty years and no-one bothering to question why I started on the Atkins diet and despite following it to the letter I was not losing any weight and the book suggested it could be because I was gluten or lactose intolerant. So by process of elimination I discovered I was lactose intolerant. I cut out all dairy from my diet and instantly….almost dropped a dress size, what had appeared as fat was in fact bloating well at least some of it! I tried all the soya milks, rice milk, goats milk everything and I could not stomach the taste then along came lactofree oh heaven I could at last enjoy a cup of tea again I could enjoy my porridge and my breakfast cereals and I could make sauces which I could enjoy with my dinner. I dropped three stones in all my face no longer looks like a football but most importantly no more cramps or diarrhoea. Heaven!! I have found though that there are many everyday products out there containing dairy and I have got now that no matter what I buy I read the label first as it doesn’t take much to set me off again and if I cannot find what I want without dairy in it then I make it myself with…...Lactolite. All I can say is thank you lactolite you’ve changed my life no end.

Your cheese and cream cheese are the best things to have happened to me since I was diagnosed being lactose intolerant almost 20 years ago - thank you
