Sian is a Registered Dietitian with expertise in holistic approaches to health.

Her interest and expertise lie in the importance of environment, lifestyle and dietary influence on health and disease.

She has worked in the field of clinical nutrition and health promotion in both public health medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. More recently, she has acted as communications adviser to the food industry and has a local private practice.

Sian has published and presented nutrition research and contributed to many health, pharmaceutical and consumer publications. She is married with three children and lives in Northamptonshire.
