I am 13 years old I have just found out I have lactose intolerance.
I have been in and out of school for the last month because I had sore cramps. I didn’t know what had lactose in it and what didn’t so I had been eating things with lactose, which made it worse.
I have been to the doctors and hospital with this pain and feeling sick and all that. I searched the web and found information about lactose intolerance—that’s when I found out I could be lactose intolerant. I then went to the doctor and spoke to him about. He confirmed that I in fact had it.
So now I am trying to find out which foods trouble me and which don’t. Well that’s my story. I hope you found it interesting and good luck for everyone with lactose intolerance and hope you all stay well!
