Lasagne for the first time ever!

My daughter is lactose intolerant (she’s just turned 4) and she has never had lasagne – until last night!

She loved it!

Until we discovered your Lactofree cheese at the end of last year I had been using cheezly, which to call a cheese substitute is just unbelievable! The rest of the family wouldn’t touch it so the only things my daughter ever got were things like cheese sauce that could easily be divided for freezing. But last night the whole family had Lactofree lasagne and it was great.

So thank you so much for bringing out a lactose free cheese that actually tastes of cheese that the whole family is willing to eat. I can’t wait to see what other products are on the way – hot chocolate sounds good too!

I agree, I used the lactofree cheese to make my own pizza, something I hadn't eaten in years ... it was delicious! (Cheezly was my alternative until I found Lactofree and there's no comparison!)
