54 years old and I just found out!

For years now I have suffered with a variety of health problems and have never really managed to get to the bottom of what the underlying cause was. The main issue was a feeling of lethargy, lack of enthusiasm and energy as well as low moods.
This year I had to have an operation and was left even more ill and exhausted. My doctor simply prescribed more antibiotics. I didn’t take them and went to see a nutritionist instead. That was the best thing I have ever done.
I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance – this was just last week. It was suggested that I had probably been suffering for many years. BUT already, in just a few days, I am beginning to feel that I have more energy, my mind is clearer and I am really looking forward to being more like I used to be.
Since I was diagnosed with an intolerance to lactose I have used Lactofree milk which is delicious, the Lactofree soft white cheese (great on crackers and for cooking) and the Lactofree hard cheese, which is brilliant for grating over pasta dishes. As I am the main cook in the house, I am able to use all these excellent products in my cooking without feeling that I am losing out in any way and because they are so delicious the family doesn’t mind them either! Thank you so much for producing these foods.

I was nearing my eighty fifth birthday when I discovered Lactofree milk, then cheese. I had suffered for many years, my gut wall having been perforated by prolonged medication, finally being diagnosed with hiatus hernia, diverticulitis, and gastro -oesophegal reflux disorder. No help from the medical people with intolerance and since I discovered lactofree products I have improved beyond all my expectations. I just wish there was more publicity as I know there are thousands of sufferers out there who are still unaware of the benefits to be derived from these nutrients. Jack Edwards.

I am 41 & have suffered since I was 18. I had been given all sorts of medication and continued to suffer with added problems like ulcers and gastro oesophegal reflux disorder, but about a 18 months ago I was diagnosed by my hospital nutritionist as having a dairy intolerance. After months of awful, tasteless dairy-free cheeses and soya milk & yoghurts, I took it upon myself to try cutting out lactose rather than dairy and my lifestyle has improved so much! I still suffer the odd bout, but my love of food has returned. The taste of melted cheese was bliss. Thank you for bringing your products to the market, I just wish they were more widely available!
