Cheese on toast for the first time in years!

I have been lactose intolerant all my days, I’m 50 now, and was diagnosed as a baby, as were my daughter and son. He was given soya milk as a baby so happily takes it.
I have been using soya yogurts for a few years now but I personally find soya cheese to be rubbery and it tastes disgusting. It does not melt, you cannot cook with it, and it is impossible to eat as it comes as it tastes disgusting.
But I tried Lactofree cheese when I saw it in Morrisons in Ayr a few weeks back, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. It goes lovely on crackers with thinly sliced apple on top.
And oh boy, does it go yummy with sliced tomato grilled on toast – cheese on toast for the first time in years!

would it be helpful if we could get little sachets of milk to take to friends, so I don't have to take a full litre.
