It's so great to have real milk in my tea again!

Before my diagnosis, I was suffering from acute diarrhoea, nausea, and stomach pains. I also found myself feeling extremely tired. I went to the doctor and after having multiple tests, my doctor was unable to diagnose my symptoms and asked me to go without dairy products for a while to see if that made any difference. I felt better within days!
Lactose intolerance stopped me from going out as much as I used to. It isn’t a nice feeling when you have to ask at restaurants what is suitable, especially since most waiters don’t know the answer, or assume you are vegan and just causing them additional problems.
My partner discovered Lactofree on the internet and bought me some to try. I loved it! At the time, only the milk was available, but it was so much better than the dairy alternatives I had come across. Lactofree cheese has been the best product for me. I love cheese, and up until now, I have not found anything that lives up to the real taste and texture. It’s so great to have real milk in my tea again!
