I tell everyone about Lactofree

I first considered whether I had a food intolerance when I began to suffer from depression, bloating and general lethargy. I also suffer from hyper mobile joints and found that my symptoms increased if I consumed dairy.
I visited a dietician, which I was initially very uneasy about, but I was correctly diagnosed as lactose intolerant and have never looked back. I dealt with my diagnosis by completely eliminating dairy from my diet – I decided I would rather go without than settle for soya or other over processed products.
I heard about Lactofree through a friend who is also lactose intolerant about a year ago. It has totally changed my life! I can now have milk on cereal and in teas, enjoy cheese and pickle rolls, and eat lasagne again. It is amazing!
My top tip for anyone who thinks they might be lactose intolerant would be to make sure you don’t eradicate calcium from your diet. It is also important to be very strict with yourself, and always read the labels on everything. You should also be prepared to start making your food from scratch, as I do. That way, there is nothing hidden, it tastes better, and you can avoid over processed foods.
I believe in the Lactofree brand 110%, and I tell everyone about it!
