Lactofree makes life that little bit easier

Seven years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I later discovered that this left my body unable to produce the enzyme needed to break down dairy, so if I ate too many dairy products I would feel very bloated, and would experience other lactose intolerant symptoms. Before I realised that dairy had an effect on me, I used to consume a lot. In 2002, I was hospitalised when my Crohn’s flared up and I know now that dairy was probably one of the main contributors to this.
I love dairy, so it has been fantastic to find Lactofree and be able eat normally for the first time in years! Being real dairy, Lactofree also helps me to get a healthy calcium intake as this was something that concerned both me and my doctor when I had to use supplements. Before I discovered Lactofree, I used to have to cook separate meals each night, but now, as the milk and cheese taste exactly the same as normal dairy products, I can make one dinner that my whole family can eat. I can enjoy a normal day without having to think about supplements, or other ways to enjoy the things I like.
I would recommend Lactofree to anyone who thinks they might be lactose intolerant. It doesn’t taste any different to normal dairy products, and will really help with making life that little bit easier!
