My daughter Bethan suffered for a number of years with nausea, trapped wind, bloating and weight loss.

Our GP referred her to a consultant who after 18 months still couldn’t help her. We tried so many things ourselves but it carried on. One day somebody suggested Bethan could be lactose intolerant so we removed dairy from her diet, much to her distress as her favourite foods were cheese, yogurt, chocolate and milkshakes!
Following this Bethan really improved but she wasn’t too happy with soya milk. We carried on looking for alternatives and then we found Lactofree which tastes exactly the same as ordinary milk! With the addition of Lactofree yogurts and now cheese, it has made life so much easier and Bethan no longer feels like she’s missing out on her favourite foods.
I would hate anyone else to go through what she went through and this simple elimination process should be advised by doctors.
Please keep bringing out these great products, chocolate bars would be brilliant!
