For two years I had to make excuses when I was invited out for a meal.

I had dreadful bloating and pain after eating and had no idea I was lactose intolerant. I always ate cheese but never put two and two together.
I went to the doctors for blood tests and they couldn’t detect it! It’s truly a terrible thing when you don’t know what’s causing your discomfort and it wasn’t until I spoke to a friend at work who had lactose intolerance, that I decided to try cutting out lactose from my diet.
I’ve been using Lactofree products for a month now and I can tell such a difference. I’ve lost a stone in two weeks, which is just purely down to bloating, I don’t have pain anymore and thanks to Lactofree I can have a normal life! I’ve never been happier!
