I have been intolerant to milk all my life.

I avoided milk as much as possible, which wasn’t easy and I had no choice but to live with the stomach pains. And then after having a blood transfusion, my intolerances and allergies got progressively worse and I was very unwell.
But then I found Lactofree, and I couldn’t believe I was able to enjoy porridge, rice pudding and coffee without the stomach pains! I have rice pudding with Lactofree milk twice a day and it’s a lifesaver as there are very few things I am able to eat.
I was so pleased to see Lactofree Whole in the shops, it is lovely! I try to make light of my intolerances but it is a major problem and to be quite honest I don’t know what I would do without Lactofree.
Thank you!
