I suffered for eight months with diarrhoea, vomiting and headaches.

After losing two stones in weight I decided enough was enough and went to the doctor.
When he told me I could be lactose intolerant, I thought he was wrong, but I agreed to go dairy-free for two weeks. Just three days later, my stomach cramps had gone as had the vomiting, I felt 100% better.
I tried soya milk (yuck) and gave up coffee, which was almost harder than the symptoms had been!
Eventually, I found Lactofree and was able to enjoy my morning coffee again. It’s the only lactose reduced milk I like, it’s great for cooking and it means I can once more enjoy a variety of foods.
