For years I had stomach pains and then I started to have problems walking.

My GP said it was arthritis and gave me medication. But things got worse and at times I couldn’t go out as I was afraid of having an accident and my walking got worse – I could only walk a few hundred yards before having to stop.
Then I found out I was Lactose Intolerant and realised it was not only milk but also the tablets my GP was giving me as they had a lactose coating. I stopped taking the tablets, I gave up all dairy products and though the pain has not gone completely, I feel 100% better than I did. I’m free to go out whenever I like and the awful migraines that lasted for three days have gone.
