I developed a severe stomach bug which made me lose a stone in two weeks

Everything I ate seemed to give me severe stomach cramps and diarrhea – I felt totally exhausted.
After numerous trips to the doctor and several prescriptions for medication for upset stomachs, I had lost another two stones in weight before I was told I had a severe lactose intolerance.
I changed my diet and within a couple of weeks my symptoms had dramatically improved. After consulting with a dietician I found there were still more milk based ingredients that I had to avoid and with this my health has also improved.
It was only by chance that I found out about Lactofree, but sadly it was not available in any of the supermarkets in Orkney. Last month I went on a trip to Inverness, and my first stop was Tesco to buy some Lactofree! I was back again the next day to buy a case of Long Life Lactofree to bring back to Orkney.
Life is so much better now, being able to have milk in my coffee and to be able to make the milky custard that I love. My energy levels have also improved drastically.
And the best news is that Tesco are opening a store in Orkney next week so I won’t need to travel so far next time for my Lactofree!
