I'm 55 and have suffered with my stomach for years

Doctors told me I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome and gave me several different medications over the years, but none of them helped. I was always bloated and looked about six months pregnant half the time, which also made me constantly try to lose weight. I suffered with constipation and diarrhea and couldn’t get my clothes to sit right on my stomach which stopped me wanting to buy new clothes.
When I first discovered Lactofree milk I honestly thought I wouldn’t like it and expected it to be like all the other milks I’d tried. But I couldn’t believe that it tasted exactly like the ordinary semi-skimmed milk I’d always enjoyed.
Since I’ve been using Lactofree milk my stomach has really gone down, my bowel movement are more normal, I feel tons better and guess what…I’ve even lost half a stone in weight!
I’m just sorry Lactofree wasn’t out years ago!

Re: I'm 55 and have suffered with my stomach for years – Ms Carol Jenkins
I was diagnosed a few years ago, I couldn't believe that I would no longer be able to have my favourite food CHEESE. I have probably suffered a lot longer but never put it down to lactose intolerance. Sometimes the pain would be so bad I would cry!! If I hadn't moved to a new area and a new doctor I think I would still be suffering.I can't wait to try the both the solf and hard cheese. Keep up the good work.CAN YOU GET DAIRY FREE BUTTER OR MARGE I WONDER.
