Being diabetic, I knew university would be difficult for me

From the middle of the first term, my stomach started to gurgle a lot and I had brief spells of needing to go to the loo immediately.
I had tests done at my local NHS for IBS, coeliacs and LI and it turned out to be the latter. The doctors said that the stress of living away from home triggered my LI.
I hated Soya milk and now I’ve found Lactofree, I’m over the moon! It goes on my cereal, in my hot drinks and even in my cooking. My flatmates who aren’t even lactose intolerant like the taste of it too and now it’s the only milk we buy at uni.
Three cheers for Lactofree!
