Fresh and local is what we are about, our Head Chef Stephen Park uses the best locally sourced ingredients, whether that is our handmade Pure Bred Highland Beef burgers from Barker’s, fresh trout from the Trossach’s Trout farm or our local malt whisky from Deanston Distillery to give you an authentic taste of Scotland.
