Restaurant Guide

I am a manager of a restaurant and we have lots of dairy free and lactose free items on our menu, our battered fish, certain sauces, ice cream, cream, custard, cakes, spread etc. – so if anything contains cream etc. we can just substitute it, we also do gluten free and diabetic things :)
