We believe in environmentally sound and compassionate animal husbandry farming practices and sell only 100% certified organically food including pizza, salad, soups, cakes, ice cream, tea and coffee, juices, mineral water, wine and beer. only highland spring mineral water [certified by the soil association as coming from organic land] and seasun sea salt [certified by the soil association for use in organic cooking] are not organic.

We use highland spring in our cooking instead of tap water, we only use m.c.s. and m.s.c. approved fish, we’re yeast and peanut free, and we’re happy to cater for allergy, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and wheat free diets. our packaging, is recycled or biodegradable or from sustainable sources. We clean with ecover products and use recycled uniforms and wipers. We compost, recycle and plant trees. we are full on and into kids, families, the elderly and those with disabilities.
