Specialising in French country cooking exclusively from the wild and rural Languedoc region, which borders Catalonia on the sunny Med, La Garrigue offers genuinely alternative food whilst keeping the Gallic stamp of quality. Traditional rustic French dishes are enlivened by a modern touch. Awarded AA rosette, Scottish chef of the year award, restaurant of the year award and have been mentioned in the Michellin guide.
