With branches in almost every corner of the country, Wetherspoon is a convenient option when you feel like a meal out.

Each Wetherspoon’s offers a complete gluten free menu and while no separate dairy free menu is currently available, there are over 15 different lactose free meals to choose from. These delicious meals include fish and chips, breaded chicken burgers and spicy tomato pasta. However, these meals are only cited to be dairy free and lactose could still be present in accompaniments like sauces. Check with your waiter just to be sure.

You can either download the Wetherspoon Foodie Guide to find the full list of dairy free meals or simply ask your waiter. The Wetherspoon site also offers a useful tool that lets you state what you cannot eat and the menu will then be filtered to suit your needs.
