Scoop uses only top natural ingredients for its artisanal Gelato. It buys fresh, real and organic fruit from farmers’ markets and selects the highest quality raw materials for its creams.

Scoop offers gluten and sugar free flavours, as well as a large range of fruit flavours. Scoop’s fruit flavours contain neither milk nor milk derivatives and are fat free. They are created from a simple sorbet recipe that includes fresh fruit (percentage of fruit varying from 20% to 50% of the finished product, depending on the fruit consistency), white granulated sugar and still mineral water.
